THE WORK

Once the design has been signed off, the fun begins. Equiped with a full team of contractors, I manage all aspects of project from rip out to installation. My team includes electricians, plumbers, builders, bathroom fitters, kitchen fitters, joiners, flooring specialists, curtain makers, tilers and decorators. I work closely with these amazing people on a daily basis, and only choose to work with professionals who reflect my brand values.

HOW IT WORKS

The Project Management Service costs 10% + VAT of the entire project, with project spends of no less than £10,000 per room. This includes all labour, fixtures and fittings costs, alongside my time in managing all day to day aspects of the fulfilment of my design work from rip out for final styling of the room at the end.

From design sign off, to rip out there is usually a 6-8 week lead in to ensure that all fixtures and fittings have been ordered. The management of the design can be anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the complexities of the project. Having Spruce Interiors manage the project means that our team are in it for the long haul, and that we ensure every detail has been finalised so that it is “picture perfect”.
